Eligibility

All employees would be eligible for a 3 sets of uniform per year. And in case of New Joinee, employee would eligible for a 3 sets at the time of Joining.

Men employees:
Shirt – White color
Pants- Dark blue color

Women employees:
Indian Wear: White color kurta & Dark blue color salwar/Chudidar/Pants (Palazzo/Skirts are not allowed)
Western wear: White color Shirt & Dark blue color Pants
Overcoat (employees visiting Plant) -2No.s
Shoe, Socks and Belt as prescribed

Guidelines

• We will be providing TVS Uniform to all the field employee of 2W S&S ,3W S&S & Marketing based out of location other than Hosur Plant ,Mysore Plant & Nalagarh Plant
• Every year the link to update the uniform size details will be shared with employee on official email id. One month window is given to update the employee uniform size details
• Based on the details received the uniform will be sent to respective area offices within 3 months of receiving the employee uniform details
• All employees are requested to collect from respective area accountants
