Towards providing uniformity and to focus on personal grooming, all employees are supposed to adhere to the dress code as prescribed by the Company and suitable to the occasion in case of external representation.

Eligibility
All employees would be eligible for a 2 sets of uniform per year. And in case of New Joinee, employee would eligible for a set of 3 sets at the time of Joining.
Men employees:
Shirt – White color
Pants- Dark blue color
Women employees:
Indian Wear: White color kurta & Dark blue color salwar/Churidar/Pants (Plazzo/Skirts are not allowed)
Western wear: White color Shirt & Dark blue color Pants
Overcoat (employees visiting Plant) -2No.s
Shoe, Socks and Belt as prescribed
Reimbursement on Stitching:
All women employees would be eligible for a reimbursement of Rs. 300 Per set towards the tailoring expenses and same would be reimbursed in their salary.
