All TVSM employees based at Hosur would be eligible to use the facility
1)The facility is open for all employees (incl. male employees)
2)Admission is open for kids aged between 6 months and 12years
3)The crèche would be open on all working days from 7AM – 7PM (Monday to Saturday) and employees’ can avail the facility based on their shift pattern

How to apply
- Either of the parents, who is an employee of TVSM can register the details in person with the service provider by filling an application form (Annexure-1) approved by GAD. The form would also be available at the reception of the crèche.
- Enrollment of the child would be based on the vacancy and follow First come First serve basis
- Tuition fee (monthly) towards availing the “Full-day” or “After School” facility would be deducted directly from the employee’s monthly salary
- If parents want to discontinue the service, they need to quote the reason for withdrawal.
- Employee is expected to inform the service provider at least 1 month in advance for withdrawal of admission. NOTE If the child attends for even one day in the calendar month, total the fee would be charged
- Parents would be expected to Drop and pick the kids directly from crèche
- Crèche would be operated form 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every day except Sunday (based on the TVSM calendar)
- Only nursing mother would be provided with permission to see the kid 4 times in a day in a slot of 1/2 hour
- Breakfast & Lunch to child will be provide @ the crèche through the company
- All parents are required to read as well as adhere to the guidelines as provided by the service provider and also the policy of the Company. Any indiscipline would lead to cancellation of the admission
Note: Parents would be expected to adhere to the timelines as well as avoid sending any valuables (such as Gold / silver ornaments), and management will not be responsible in case of loss of such valuable items.
