In case of employees joining after campus, initial period will be under orientation, hence role based deliverables may not be applicable. Performance will be evaluated based on performance in various assignments, projects. Once deployed to the role, role based targets shall be applicable. Final evaluation and confirmation after training period will be as per policy

In case of experienced employee, he is expected to acquire the understanding of the role within short span, hence targets to be signed off with respective managers within / 45 days of joining /deployment. Final evaluation and confirmation after probation will be as per policy.

Compensation revision will happen at the time of confirmation, post which, they will be eligible for annual PACR and compensation review along with confirmed employees
