Though career advancement and promotion as most representative of the company's development possibilities, individual growth is also dependent on his aspirations, ability to acquire competencies, consistent performance and self-initiatives. Grade progression within same work level is dependent on acquiring competencies and recognition for his efforts, while promotion from one level to another and career growth within organization is based on meeting criteria for next role and availability of vacancy. Organization has a formal process known as talent review to assess potential, identify talent pool, develop through various opportunities and realise for meeting the requirement of future organization.

  • Change of role / additional responsibilities are requisites for progression within work level and across work level
  • Acquiring competencies / skills / self-initiatives are additional criteria for growth within organization

Though it is expected to review means to achieve policy plan and targets, due to external market conditions, if organization policy plan is changed, it will be cascaded accordingly
