Eligibility

• Employees who have completed the above mentioned years of service as on our founder’s birthday (i.e. March 22)
• Employees retires from the company and eligible to receive service award between the founder’s day celebration and the retirement date are eligibility to receive the award
• Employee leaves the company between the founder’s day and eligibility date not eligible for the long service award

Guidelines

• Eligible employees will be intimated through ERM department one month in advance
• Break-in TVS group service shall be reckoned for long service award. This service shall not be considered for any other benefits
• The cash award will be credited to the eligible employee on the occasion of Founder’s day
• The cash award is subject to TDS
• Employees to attend the function with company provided uniform only
• Non-factory location employees are eligible to receive the award by attending the founder’s day celebration as per their travel eligibility.
  • Family members are allowed to attend the function on their own arrangement
