Eligibility
- Employees who have completed the above mentioned years of service as on our founder’s birthday (i.e. March 22)
- Employees retires from the company and eligible to receive service award between the founder’s day celebration and the retirement date are eligibility to receive the award
- Employee leaves the company between the founder’s day and eligibility date not eligible for the long service award
Guidelines
- Eligible employees will be intimated through ERM department one month in advance
- Break-in TVS group service shall be reckoned for long service award. This service shall not be considered for any other benefits
- The cash award will be credited to the eligible employee on the occasion of Founder’s day
- The cash award is subject to TDS
- Employees to attend the function with company provided uniform only
- Non-factory location employees are eligible to receive the award by attending the founder’s day celebration as per their travel eligibility.
- Family members are allowed to attend the function on their own arrangement
