To permit employee’s family members visit our Plant and support in improving the engagement of employee

Guidelines

  • Friday second session of general shift will be allowed for family members to visit our factory between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm
  • Factory visit request form available at Plant ERM Time office, obtain approval from Reporting manager / HOD and to be submitted to ERM Welfare
  • Approved request to be given to ERM-Welfare before 2 days
  • Family members means spouse, children, parents-in-law, blood related relations
  • Members allowed to visit the factory in the specified areas
  • All are required to adhere to factory rules and regulations including safety instructions like dress code, shoes, etc.
  • Members to be accompanied by respective employee only
  • Digital devices not allowed inside the factory
