Purpose

To provide financial assistance to employees’ dependents in case of demise of employee by allocation of equal contribution from employee and employer.

All E&Ms, workmen, Executive Trainees

Documents required for claim

  • Legal heir certificate from the dependent
  • Death certificate
  • Family Tree certificate
  • NOC from the other family members

Guidelines

  • Company will deduct the amount from the employee’s salary with prior intimation
  • Management will contribute the equal amount recovered from the employee’s contribution
  • This contribution from the employees and the management will be deducted from employees of respective plant locations only. The Area office locations will come under Hosur plant
  • The amount will be paid to the employee’s nominee as mentioned in the legal heir certificate

FAQs

We as TVS Family, show solidarity with employee’s family in time of grief and expect every employee to support to grief-stricken family. Hence it is not voluntary and with an equal contribution from employer
In such case, contribution will happen in subsequent month, ensuring deduction is not more than 250/- per month
