On the fond memory of our Founder, company celebrates the founder’s day event every year by providing compliment to our employees as a recognition of their contribution

How to apply

  • Employees who have completed one year of service as on our founder’s birthday (i.e. March 22)
  • Employees retires from the company between the founder’s day and eligibility date eligible for the compliment
  • Employee leaves the company between the founder’s day and eligibility date not eligible for the compliment

Guidelines

  • The compliment distributed to the employee on the occasion of Founder’s day
  • Coupon issued by the company to be produced for collecting the compliment
  • Non-factory location, the compliments distributed through their respective Area offices
  • In addition to the compliment, company provides snack bag to employees attending the Founder’s day celebration

FAQs

It is encouraged to attend founder’s day celebration and collect on that day, however due to any circumstances, you are not able to attend, you may be able to collect the compliment on the date, which will be announced by concerned function
Yes, on the date which will be announced by concerned function
As per section 17 (2) of income tax act, Compliment is considered as “perquisite” and would be exempted, if total value of gifts /compliments / gift vouchers ( received in a year is less than INR 5000). If total value is exceed INR 5000, the overall value becomes taxable.
