All Executives & Managers including TM and Workmen are entitled to receive the gift

Guidelines

• Employee to provide marriage invitation card to HRD / ERM before marriage date
• Gift amount will be credited to employee’s bank account .The gift amount is taxable as per income tax rule
• If Employee and spouse both are working in the company, both are eligible to receive the gift
• If Parent and children both are working in the company, the children will be eligible for the gift
• In case second marriage, marriage gift is not applicable.
