Procedure

• E&M would be permitted to report between 07:15 am and 09:15 am and correspondingly close their shift between 04:30 pm and 06:30 pm, employees need to ensure 9 hours 15 minutes of presence a day (inclusive of Lunch time)
• During working Saturdays shift closes 15 minutes earlier
• Core working hours would be from 09:15 am to 04:30 pm
• For E&Ms who are availing leave in the first half, the second session will start at 1:15 pm and end at 05:30 pm. In case of availing leave in the second half, the first session will end between 11:45 am and 01:45 pm (4 hours 30 minutes)
• There will be no change in Canteen and Transport timings
• As per existing practice, - Canteen facility should be utilized before Swipe-In
• Flexi time schedule can be combined with permission and C-off hours.
• As per existing practice of crediting C-off (as applicable for A1 to B2) beyond shift working i.e., minimum 3 hours to maximum 4 hours will be continued. The working calculation would be based on shift exit time
• The existing practice of availing C-off hours minimum 15 minutes has been revised to minimum 30 minutes
• If late entry (after 9:15 am) / early exit in flexi working, the reference will be taken as normal shift pattern of 8:15 am to 5:30 pm. Employee has to regularize his/her attendance accordingly

• Late and Permission entry/exit to be recorded in the swipe machine available at Security gate followed by swiping in the respective department. For attendance purpose department
• Missing of entry / exit swipe time should be regularized with approval of Section Head / HOD. Only one occurrence per month will be allowed
