M-off eligibility

All regular employees except the maintenance staff shall avail leave during these 6 days.
In case in any particular year this maintenance closure not declared 6 days special leave will be credited to leave account of the Executive category employees and the same shall be availed before the end of calendar year at a stretch.
Executives working during the maintenance closure are eligible to avail M-off for the days worked and the same can be availed within 11 months (applicable for field employees also)

General

GET/DHT/Executive trainee/Consultants are eligible for 6 days M-off only if the Management declares during the year. Otherwise they are not eligible for M-off.
M-off is not applicable for Managers and Graduate Apprentice Trainees. Managerial category employees should work during maintenance closure and if not worked, the respective days will be adjusted (Leave request to be raised in attendance self-service system) from their annual leave.
